Demonstration Model "Heat Pump" Water/Water System Ref 84402

АРТ

System: Water-water

Description:

The fully functional demo model is the easiest way to explain how a heat pump works. Two large pressure gauges (160 mm) show the pressure ratio of the refrigerant in the discharge or suction line. Tubular heat exchangers are located in a plastic container with a capacity of 10 liters, immersed in water. They serve as a heat source or heat storage. Components are marked.

Experimental and educational content

• Name and document the components of the heat pump.

• Create a functional description of the components

• Create a sketch of the system using DIN symbols and create a technical drawing in 1:10 scale.

• Create measurements and excerpts from material

• Determine the heat source and radiator temperature curves by measuring

• Calculate performance indicator

• Effect of different heat source and heat sink temperatures on efficiency.

Technical data / equipment

• 1 sealed refrigeration unit 230 V

• 2 built-in large pressure gauges (D 160 mm) class 1.6

• 2 sight glasses for viewing refrigerant in liquid and gaseous state

• 1 expansion valve

• 1 refrigerant dryer

• 1 plastic container (10 l) as heat source with built-in stainless steel tube heat exchanger including drain fitting with ball valve

• 1 built-in digital thermometer (lit red) from -20 to +120 °C to measure the temperature of service/heating water in a plastic container.

• 1 electrical power measuring unit up to max. 2000 W for power consumption measurement
