Filters & Analyzers
In this section, we will consider the types and connection schemes of the filter. The slider on the right shows two main types of filters, namely with continuous sludge removal and with periodic sludge removal, you can see their fundamental differences in the relevant sections. The main design details are generally similar, you can select the type of filter you are interested in on the slider and read the brief description below, it is common for both types of filters:
Advantages:
No moving parts;
Simplicity of design;
Self-cleaning without resetting part of the flow;
No need for pre-cleaning.
Flaws:
The need for preliminary disassembly of the pipeline;
Silting at the bottom of the pipeline. In order to avoid silting of the filter, it is preferable to install it on the vertical part of the pipeline (in this case, a drain unit is not needed).
