Periodic removal of sludge, consider the features of this filter arrangement. In contrast to the scheme with continuous removal of sludge, instead of a branch pipe for removing pollution from the filter, a hydrocyclone bunker is installed, the outlet of which is looped through the ejector with the filter inlet.
Scheme that provides periodic removal of sludge works as follows. The clean liquid, having passed through the filter, is supplied directly to the consumer, and the washing liquid, having passed through the hydrocyclone hopper, is sucked in by the ejector located at the filter inlet and returned to the filter element washing cycle. With this scheme, the sludge is accumulated in the hydrocyclone bunker, from where, as it is filled, it is removed manually or automatically. This scheme provides a continuous supply of clean liquid to the consumer and continuous removal of sludge from the circulating cycle, its concentration in one place with its subsequent removal. At the same time, 100% of the liquid supplied to the filter inlet, after cleaning, goes to the consumer.
