BASIC SPECIFICATIONS
YOUR BENEFITS
·Up to three tool carriers with Y-axis can be used on the main spindle and sub-spindle.
·Concurrent machining using up to four tools
·Powerful and dynamic milling spindle (360º B-axis, max. rotational speed: 7200 rpm, 22 kW and 52 Nm, HSK-A40)
·High-efficiency full machining of bar and blank parts
·Incomparably large degree of freedom in the wide working site for turning and milling operations, with working length up to 660 mm
·Excellent ergonomics for short changeover
·Small dimensions and high specific capacity for lean production
FLEXIBLE MODULAR SYSTEM
With high stiffness, temperature and dynamic stability, as well as very high vibration absorbing properties, G200 provides manufacture of excellent quality parts.
Powerful milling spindle in conjunction with Y/B-axis operating in the hydrodynamic bearings provides simple and profitable performance of complex drilling and milling operations without the use of power-driven tool holders.
Configure the turn-milling center INDEX G200 adapted for your specific part requirements.
Up to three tool carriers with Y-axis and maximum tool stock up to 42 matrix locations (VDI25) are used on the main spindle and sub-spindle of the turn-milling center. G200 configuration may include tailstock or steady rest of the turret with the range of sizes between 10 and 66 mm.
WIDE VARIETY OF MACHINING OPTIONS
INCOMPARABLY LARGE DEGREE OF FREEDOM IN THE WORKING SITE
